Bien qu’aujourd’hui elle consacre la majorité de son temps à son travail de biologiste, Louise demeure pour moi LA pionnière du skate féminin montréalais…  De la Floride à la Californie en passant par le Brésil, elle courait les compétitions à l’époque où la catégorie “fille” n’était pas chose courante.  Alors pour ceux et celles qui ignoraient son parcours, voici quelques photos pour rendre honneur à son statut de “matante skateuse”. Yeah Loulou!

Although she now devotes most of her time to her job as a biologist, Louise remains for me THE pioneer of montreal’s female scene…  From Florida, California to Brazil and back, she ran to every contest in a time where the “girl” category was not a current thing.  So for those who were unaware of her background, here are a few pics to honour her “auntie skateboarder” statute.  Yeah Loulou!
