Comme plusieurs d’entre vous on pu le constater, j’ai officiellement commencé à skater au big O cet été! Skater le pipe, c’est tellement motivant parce que même un truc que tu maitrîses à la perfection te paraît impossible à lander à ce spot-là. Quant à moi, c’est ça qui est vraiment intéressant dans le skate.

Some of you might have noticed that I officially started skating at the big O this summer! Skating the O is so motivating since even the most consistant trick you got seems impossible to land at that spot. From my point of view, that’s what skateboarding’s all about!

Je suis donc arrivée au pipe au début de l’été avec les poches vides et j’en suis sortie avec une couple de trucs. Heureusement pour mon égo, mes back-D sont rentrés au poste cette année: c’était mon objectif pour 2009!

When I really started skating there at the beginning of the summer, I felt so useless! Finally, after a couple of good sessions, I started getting tricks… Fortunately for my ego, my back-D’s decided to show up and I was stoked because if was my goal for 2009!
